This is one of my favorite meals to make when I need to food prep for the week. This chili is so yummy, and you won't even know its low carb! Seriously, I've made it for my family before and they had no idea. But, now I'm a little more snooty about sharing my chili because I want it all to myself!
Most of the ingredients are things you can find at a normal grocery store, however there is one somewhat "specialty item." The black soy beans. I actually can find these bean at a local health food store. But you can also find them here. They are totally worth it to me to get because it makes the chili so good, and makes you feel "normal" 😂.
